The Videos are great and mostly easy to follow. I’ve got my blog up although it needs a lot of work to make it more exciting. I’m doing together with my sister and our niche is health oriented. We were trying to focus on a disease a week. We are involved with a network marketing company which is health and weight loss. We want to build a list for that.
I’ve been through all the intro videos. I even created a squeeze page, but have not uploaded it to host gator because I’m not sure what to offer people. So I guess I got so far and now I feel a bit in limbo.

I’m sorry that I’ve got very little completed but today is my first real day that I have
been able to feel I have accomplished anything altho I made some mistakes but I learned from them too. I listed a blog on Wordpress and my site on Web.com. It made me sick when I saw
that I should have done it all on GoDaddy but I guess or I hope it will be alright on Web.com
I am not through but I have the responder ready to put on there, now I have to start at the
beginning adding the opt-in pages & blog on the front. And get on the Squeeze page too, really had never heard of that before but I guess it’s like putting a fat woman in a skinny
girls place. But I will try to do some more work on it tonight. I sure wanted it done so I

Got a bit mixed up on the old version of Word Press directions since we now have the newer version. You guys said on teleseminar that you are trying to update as fast as you can! Great job on getting your blog up and running. It looks great.
If you don’t mind I would like to mention a couple of changes that you might want to consider.
1) You have good content, but your sentences are way too long. You need shorter sentences and only 1-2 per paragraph. Some of your sentences can be broken down to 2-3 individual sentences. For ex: Look at Tellman’s posts. 1-2 sentence paragraphs. This makes it easier for the reader to follow.

2) I would recommend changing your autoresponder button text from Get Your Free Tutorial! to just FREE TUTORIAL!!! That will also help your opt in box fit better.
Remember: Keep it simple. Direct and to the point.
3) If you already have a squeeze page, put a call to action to the squeeze page at the end of each post.

I really like your squeezepage. Do you know what kind of conversion you are getting? I try to stay away from videos and pictures on “most” of my squeeze pages.
I have a comment for you about your blog. You need to get rid of the Hello World post. That is just a samle post put in by Wordpress. I recommend that you delete that post and delete the Hello World comment. Make at least one post a day optimized for your keywords.

I wish I’d been able to get out of bed but unfortunately, I’ve been sick all week. I think last week’s sub-zero temps got to me. I’m in and out of the Chicago weather with my J.O.B. which is one more reason to grow my ebiz.
Making some real money on-line after struggling for over 3 years now would be so valuable to me I think that if I won your Ferrari Spyder I’d gladly donate it to Shawn’s wife’s charity (an obvious bribe, but sincere). I can’t say that I wouldn’t like to take it for a spin first though.
I keep submitting my application for a complimentary strategy session too but I guess your staff has had their hands full with other clients. Hope to hear from you soon. Back to building my ebiz.

The lessons are so easy to follow that is almost idiot prove! Although there is one lesson so far I have came across that had me confused. It is the 1st video from Lesson 2. The WordPress I have is 2.7, which looks completely different than your video. It took me a while to figure where to click to get the same screen.

A Niche can be desribed as your area of expertise. It can also be described as a small part of something bigger that is unique.
For example: Travel as a Niche is very broad subject. A specific Niche might be: Single mothers that Travel.
In other words it is a small piece of something bigger that you have specific knowledge about. A niche is the topic that you are marketing. If you are marketing how to knit a wool sweater, that would be your Niche.

I got through to you guys last night Kyle, and Tellman and right away you both told me that the problem I was not getting traffic to my site as that I did not have an opt in form. i immediately went to aweber set one up and went to post it to my blog. Here is the “crazy” part (and i videotaped it just so someone somewhere would believe me. After I added it, I clicked on preview and it was goregous, absolutely beautiful so I saved it and…THEN it went back to THE WAY it was.
Ok, so this is where the ghost in my computer comes to life. I seriously spent hours trying to fix it but every time I saved it, it went back to that boring blue word press template. I’m at a loss for words, but I have it all on film.
So I get up this morning and I check my stats in my cpanel and for the first time, it said, there were 54 visits to my website yesterday, and even though it does not show, my post went to my mail, so i know it’s live.
All of my friends are afraid of my computer because it makes strange noises that scare them and a little voice sometimes says, “excuse me, miss”. That was ok but after my last birthday, it started saying “excuse me m’am.” not nice..
Anyway thanks to you guys the 3 hours I waited on the phone make a difference as does everything you help me with. The LBC is what I tell everything about, so keep it coming, but I think it can be really daunting for someone to go in and see how much is in there. I would break it down into smaller modules, which by now you probably have because that is how my ideas show up…after the fact.
I am, promoting The LBS and 2 other products, asm creating my own craft packaged to sell, and I have a 2 [projects i am working on, one of which will include all of the tools listed in the LBC. I also have my optin created and on the site as well, and Per your instructions on the call, I’ll be focusing my list down to one built around selling luxury boats and yachts. I am also wondering if this may be too specific of a niche?
I also utilize a content management system (CMS) called Joomla, is there a feasible way to add these optins onto a joomla site, or would that be too distracting? The site I have in joomla is about promoting hollywood movies and movie stuff, the URL is http://www.accessmetropolis.com. Joomla has a massmailer feature, but I haven’t implemented an autoresponder to this site yet. It does have a membership of approx 1500 people so far..

I have a web site up and running but my list is growing slowly. My free report is probably not enough and now I have written a 50 page report on cruise vacations and I am planning to give it away for an optin. I do not have any affiliate links in my articles and need to know if we have some videos available to teach about using affiliate links. I have some articles on the site that have 2 or 3 pictures on them and am planning to remove the pictures and replace them with slideshows. Here’s something I noticed. If I put up a squeeze page at http://www.curetinnitus.org, then I get about 5 opt-ins per day, but my Google rank drops almost immediately. Otherwise, I’m at about 1-2 opt-ins per day, which likely won’t get me to a successful business.
From discussions with the people on my list, I am considering creating a “voluntary donation amounts, but you must donate something” structure.
Looking forward to your advice. The content in my site is very valuable and helpful for anyone with tinnitus. The practitioners are real, they are knowledgeable, and the information is backed by rock-solid, though less “known,” science. It would truly be an honor to be able to bring this information to people suffering with tinnitus and thereby transform their experience into one of relief, learning, and healing.

I stopped contemplating the “perfect niche” and just got started building a first site in an area that interests me. My wordpress blog site is now online with an opt-in form to my new NinjaResponder list. The sequence of the lessons makes it easy to tackle one step at a time. I like it. Looking forward to continuing with Lesson 2!
Note to all: some of the screens in the videos are slightly different from the versions of software that you may encounter as you follow the lessons in Host Gator, NinjaResponder or WordPress. It helped me to stay flexible and adapt the concept of each video to the actual screens to get the result needed.

I’ve been following your system for about 3 weeks now and have my site, my blog, and my autoresponder up and running. My niche is the restaurant business…. and what I am most proud of is yesterday I sold my first affiliate product! It was a cookbook and my commission via click bank is $20.04. It is not so much the 20 bucks I am proud of. It’s that I have proven it can be done. Thanks for the help. I also picked up a flip mino video camera and expect to be making my own video cookbooks soon.

Great program, guys! This is a website that I have had for a few years now, but was doing incorrectly. After a few minutes on the phone today, Pat pointed out several immediately noticeable areas of improvement. I went back and implemented them, now have a squeeze page leading to the main site, a main sales page (with no more adsense ads on there) and a blog with an opt-in form that also redirects sign-ups to my main sales letter page.
I appreciate the help, and the encouragement. I was ready to move on to another niche, but now I see that there are some further things I can change, test and “tweak” before making that decision.

I have the domain and I have a blog on a Google site, but I have not established one for the my website I am working on for the service industry. I was writing a book on the industry when I discovered that I can take the 100 pages of current information and twenty five years of experience and make it into a web-site as well. I have reviewed many of the video’s and they are definately informative and inspiring. I need to revisit them although I took many notes the first time around.
