I have the website where i have done blogs as regularly as possible, sometimes twice per day.I have published 11 articles to EzineArticles.com and 4 articles to Isnare.com which have a total of 750 article views.
I also have done 2 videos in U-Tube, though not the best. I have done the squeeze page under http://weightlossfinesecrets.com and redirected all my anchor texts to the squeeze page. I have followed, as much as i can possibly understand, everything that is stated in the videos.
My Major challege has been to really win “URL CLICKS” to gain “opt ins” into my list. I have been working many hours daily, sometimes as many as 10 hours per day, besides the extra regular 8 hours I put at my other job in the hospital.
I write all this to support the fact that I am releasing maximum energy to attain any available success in this Internet Marketing opportunity offered by The List Building Club.
The other day I submitted my Website to the attention of Pat Macello, for evaluation, but her feedback was that my website does not meet acceptable standards[paraphrased].
I am not about to give up because giving up does not appear to be included in the List Building Club “Motto”.I have enough energy to carry me through to success. I already see the Millionaire in me. Listened to and read some of the list building club stuff and decided my website is professional and BORING. So did as I was told and studied some of Shaun and Tellmans sales pages. Did my best to copy this and placed a sales page before the page advertising this weeks product. It was no easy task for all concerned but it got done and is 100% better than before. Still can be improved though. Wrote two blogs and directed them both to this sales page. Now have to go to facebook, twitter and send out email sales pages. This will be the first time I have done a sales page by email. So off I go to study it in LBC and do it. Thanks for all the help.

I’m excited and anxious all at once. We won’t have our 2nd land line installed by then, but thankfully we have good friends who will let one of us come over and use their phone.
Today, I’ve written email templates for our speakers to send out to their lists and sent them out to Carolyn. I’m sure she’ll email tomorrow, if she didn’t today. I’ve gotten the first autoresponder written and set up to work with our registration page, and am frantically working on subsequent autoresponders that will go out. I’ve posted our teleseminar as an event on Facebook and invited all my friends. David has begun inviting his Facebook friends, too. I created 5 events in Instant Teleseminar, one for each of our speakers, and we’ll be sending people there from the registration page.
I’m adding to a ‘to-do list’ for David, which includes a few ‘touch up’ things on our site. Seems the “to-so’s” are outnumbering the “have-dones”, and it’s getting too close to our deadline! David was kind enough to point out that our first teleseminar is in 4 days and 20-some hours. Thanks, Honey. I know you have that day job, but now I’m really getting nervous!
I can’t wait to see how many sign ups we have tomorrow! Right now, our list stands at 2…

I’ve got my teleseminar set up for next week - a little nervous but excited as well.
I’m going to work on doing some videos tomorrow. Do videos bring in more traffic than articles? Are there tips on how to get videos seen more.

The Ferrari golf balls are definitely an encouragement to keep trying. Thank you again, very much! This weekend (its Monday morning here) I studied extra video classes, contacted an affiliate marketer and set up a time to meet and discuss our first video interview. Cracked the whip (LOL) on the one in charge of making the camera work on the computer. We are still having challenges there. Did a product showing and added two more names to the list. Doing this the hard way it seems but still we are growing slowly. All good.

WE DID IT!
We just recorded the first interview for our teleseminar series, Relationships After Divorce. I was nervous at first, but as the call went on, I was able to relax and go with it. It was great. Ok, today was trying. I’m coming up on deadlines and starting to get anxious and overwhelmed. BUT… I got a call that Tellman and Shawn were doing a call to give us their secrets on their million dollar teleseminar class, and it was just what I needed.
I don’t know about you, but when Tellman calls, I listen. And I know I can’t be listening and trying to write autoresponders, or responding to emails, or checking links or, or, or…
So I thought I could use the time to hang an additional closet rod in my step-daughter’s closet. I dialed the number, put in my password, put it on speaker phone and began happily listening and measuring.
Then… Tellman said he was going to give us tips “A - R”. I didn’t have a notepad! I grabbed the first thing I could find and my carpenter’s pencil and took notes. David was quite intrigued when he saw my notes - he almost threw them away before he knew what they were. Thank goodness I rescued them in time. You can see them here:

Tellman & Shawn’s call was just what I needed to get back on track. I’m still feeling a bit overwhelmed, but I scheduled (and executed) a call with a JV partner, and got her scheduled for an interview for our series, I scheduled another interview for one of our other partners, and created a couple of autoresponders.
I began creating email templates for our JV partners to use to send out to their lists, and am putting together scripts for the interview questions and promotions (as we were told to do on today’s call!) so that I don’t forget anything when we actually interview.
I’m not sure how Tellman knows when I need to hear from him, let alone how he knows exactly what I need to hear, but he knows. And for that I am grateful. I think we must have a psychic connection…

What have I been doing this week? I have made a mind map, added a few more names to my slowloy growing list, written two blogs, added product to my site, and studied two more listbuilding classes. Also made a weekly schedule and fired it off to Scott to make myself answerable to someone. We progress, however slowly.
Good week - though long time in coming!
Released a new version of our primary website at http://www.ChocolateUniversityOnline.com/. While the previous site sold memberships, it did not build a list of prospects. Now we offer “101 Things You Must Know About Chocolate” as an incentive to provide your name and email address. The new site also has a blog (at http://www.ChocolateUniversityOnline.com/blog) so that we can provide more good content over time.
Related to this we also have a separate domain, http://www.PrimalChocolateTherapist.com/. This domain is only a squeeze page, building the same list, without the temptation of getting lost on a larger site. Now we can drive traffic to both and see how the entry point affects conversion.

ALL RIGHT! We are ready to launch our mini-project! David has worked long and hard, and now it’s ready. This is so cool.
In the meantime, we now have our first interview scheduled for this Saturday. I’m so excited I can hardly contain myself. This one’s a pre-recorded one, but I simply cannot wait. Everything is falling into place. I can’t imagine that we could have ever done this without Tellman and the List Building Club.

Hired first employee to help us develop programs and websites for our customers

It has been a few days since I have posted so I thought I better get my butt over here and let you know what I have been up to over the past week.
I got back in to the training tuorials and paid specific attention to how Brian actually did the trainings on Camtasia. So I downloaded the trial version and its the Camtasia 6. so its pretty hot.
Anyhow, I took what I learned and put the knowledge into action. Cool thing is before I did the screen shot with voice over, I found a product that I thought was really cool. I got a hold of the developer and asked that he send me over a copy so I could test it before I gave my review on it. He did not hesitate to zip it right to me.
I studied it and put it into action to test it and loved what he had to offer.
After I proved it worked myself, I did a cool test on it. I also signed up as an affiliate of course.

Hi all,
I thought it was time to check in. I share the office with my sons room so can/t always get in at odd times like I need to. He objects at 4:00 a.m. =) Anyway I did some stuff from EPS and realized it is all about collecting names. It is not happening easily over the net so off we went to do a presentation live. Now I have my first five names on the list. Not a huge amount but it is a start and it has been a long time coming. AT LAST we can really fire up now. I am also talking with a writer about doing a video interview or teleseminar (whichever she is most comfortable with) and setting up afiliate marketing. She works with autistic spectrum disorder children so it should be cool.
So I have been busy and am happy to say that at least the list is about to taxi unto the runway. Aways to go before lift off but still . . . .

Yesterday, David and I focused mainly on our ‘mini’ list building project, and I’m all over getting it up and running ASAP. I’m hoping I can give you details and a link tonight…

3) began working on template for squeeze pages (one will be general, then additional ones that are speaker specific)
4) created video for mini project
5) gathered information so I can blast the internet as soon as we have links for #4

I just started using the LBC and am hung up on the ftp step. I couldn’t figure out the ftp site Brian recommends so I downloaded Ipswitch. When I review the index the site looks as it should, but when I try to upload it through the ftp I get all the files along with the Index file. The page does not load and I have tried about a dozen times to figure this out. Any suggestions anyone?

Well, today was another progress-filled day. I beat the bushes on the internet today and found 20 more prospective speakers for our series! I contacted each of them by email and/or phone, and spoke to 3 personally. One wasn’t a good fit for this series, but we might be able to use him in the future. So, well worth the time and effort, but I’m exhausted!
The other 2 prospects are looking promising - we have a conference call scheduled with one tomorrow to nail down the details, and the other one should be finalized next week.

The REALLY exciting thing today was an absolutely BRILLIANT idea that David came up with for some list building we can undertake immediately. Stay tuned - I hope to have the details out tomorrow.

Well, I’ve been working really hard and am in the process of orchestrating a giveaway with 50+ contributors. I sent out an invite email to 200 potential JV contributors Sunday morning and have already got back 24 people saying “Yes”. Launch date is Wednesday 5/20/2009. Anyone want to join, it’s self-help focused and you can contact me at giveaway@beliefequalspossibility.com and I’ll see if I can get you in or not. Once I get my 55 contributors, I’m closing it off to anymore. The giveaway will run for 2 weeks and 3 emails to everyone’s lists will be sent out to help generate interest. I plan on doing this over and over. I’m also going to try and get what I call a heavy hitter in the self-help industry to participate too. This is really cool and I expect HUGE results! This is because everyone who wants anything free will have to opt-in to my subscriber list before they can gain access to any other opt-in page in the giveaway to obtain other freebies.

Monday’s lesson learned:
If you make a thank you page on wordpress AND your auto responder wants to post to that page, you are going to get a 404 page instead of the thank you.
Wordpress doesn’t like to ‘posted’ ( obscure html term ) to (in some cases).
File this under ‘How to get hung up on silly stuff’.

I have also added over 300 people in Twitter in the past 5 days.
Was accepted as an Expert Ezine Author and began writing two new articles today will post tomorrow with new blog post I also began today.
Joined new forum called tweetersforum.com.

I feel like I made HUGE progress today! I made 4 more phone calls and sent out 5 more emails, and we had a conference call with one of my contacts from over the weekend. He’s not on board yet, but he will be!! I also got an email response from another contact late this evening, and we’ll be talking tomorrow! Man, this is really taking off!
David put up our opt in page and linked it to a thank you page. We’re moving ahead!

OH! David and I also came to an agreement. (He FINALLY realizes how absolutely lost he’d be if I took *MY* speakers and *MY* domain name and did *MY* teleseminar without him!!) I also have a teenager girl working for me right now searching Google, etc for a list of businesses to contact for a possible Joint Venture and/or advertising.
One of my frustrations is lack of time as I run a business, have a family and am trying to learn internet marketing stuff and work towards launching a new product. So I decided to hire this girl to do the things I don’t have time to do.

Ok… Kathy Dailey one more time. To further explain what’s been going on around here, *I* lined up the speakers for *OUR* teleseminar series that *I* came up with the topic for (Relationships After Divorce)!!! *I* came up with our domain name - http://www.2009NewBeginnings.com - and *I* lined up 3 speakers (not 2) before one bailed, and Friday I made 3 more phone calls, sent 5more emails, and got the rejection that David claimed as progress on Friday.
I got in late on this whole thing - last Wednesday, to be exact, and have spent every available moment with Tellman since. I’ve talked to Tellman more than I’ve talked to David, and Tellman can’t even hear me! (I’m listening to mp3’s…) He and I have spent EVERY WAKING HOUR together! I’ve had my iPod tuned to Tellman morning to night, which inspired me to ‘harass’ an ‘idol’ of mine until he called me and agreed to an interview! (Actually, it only took 3 emails and maybe 4 hours, but I’m persistent! And he called me PERSONALLY! Talk about inspiration! I got to talk to NOAH ST JOHN because HE called *ME* on *MY CELL PHONE* to accept a spot in our teleseminar series!!!)
In 3 days, I went through the ENTIRE 13th Module, all of Lesson 1, all of Lesson 2, part of Lesson 3, watched numerous List Building Club Videos, and now have secured a total of 4 speakers!
*****I’M SO EXCITED!!!*****

Well, here we are at Saturday evening and I will post my progress or lack of it. I have used all day to try and get the ebook up on ClickBank. So far it is not running. I thought it would be easy, but it has been a little more complicated than I expected. Just like everything else.
The orders from my website is still coming in and today I sent out the largest order yet. That takes some time for me to get it assembled and packed for shipping to Canada. It made a nice day. I sell physical products.
I have a request in to ClickBank for some help with the setting up. Hope it will come together Monday. Tomorrow is Mothers Day and that has to be celebrated with my wife, or I will be sleeping in the doghouse!

Picked up to more teleseminar experts, have a list of 74 from the first teleseminar which was done Wednesday Night - made a whopping sales of $50 - ended up with only 25 people on the call - have completed a follw-up email series from the call offering the replay line and second chance offer to buy that experts course. Have total of 7 speakers - 1 each week - to continue building on the series
also completed every step on my blog/site at expertadvicecentral.com listed in the listbuilding club videos, including social bookmarking, spam arrestment, added new pages,new content, pinged the blog, redid the blogroll - added a program section with affiliate links -
Also posted the site as well as affiliate pages on an website advertising rotator, started writing 3 articles and am about ready to send out a press release. Also finished the next experts registration page (www.expertadvicecentral.com/justjump.html) for next week and have started promoting the call on facebook and twitter.

I want to rant and rave about how great the List Building Club is, which it is, but I am so excited about what I am working on that I want to get right to the point.
I talked to Shawn and Pat on their call earlier this week about an affiliate program I am working on. I work with one of the top fee paid professional speakers in the country and I came up with an affiliate program for the speakers bureaus that’s a goldmine. In fact, I talked to several bureaus already and they love the idea.
Here is the problem. What program or service do you recommend to track all of the affiliates and their activity? I don’t believe this is a feature within the NinjaResponder.
My plan is to sign up the affiliates, give them an affiliate ID or link, and then have all of their referrals directed to a squeeze page. As the list of referrals builds I can market our speaking related products to that list.

Hello Tellman.
I tried last night to get in and listen to your video, but I guees too many others were also, so I had to give up.
I will give you a run down on my progress since I joined the LBC.
The first 6 weeks I spent sick in bed! That put me behind and I have had to catch up. Before signing up I had build my website, very amateurish, but it is working and giving me orders about every day. I am in a very specialized niche. My first project was setting up the blog and it went slow but worked. Then I set up the Ninjaresponder and have it take names and emails from my sign up page. I do not have a squeeze page, but have a sign up block on my landing page. It works fine. Getting names about every day.
Then I set up a link from my order page to Ninjaresponder. It took me several days, since they kept insisting they had sent the right URL for PayPal. Finally they realized they were wrong and as soon as they sent me the right one, it worked. Now it is taking the names from my new customers and adding them to a separate list. I have two lists, one for interested parties and one for my paying customers. I have set up a string of emails going out to them both, taylored to the lists.
I wrote an eBook on how to start a restaurant and will be uploading it today. (Whew!) 38 pages.
I set up a ClickBank account and will be doing some prospecting there for books to promote.
Just listening to all the videos and implementing the steps take a lot my time. I also have to take care of my business.
Overall I am very happy with the program. I am an old man and learn slow, but steady. I probably would not want to drive around in the Ferrari, so let someone else get it. I am still a winner working the program you have set up.
Thanks for being such a good teacher and have Brian walk us through the steps. He is great. Give him a raise!!
My next steps will be setting up some more keywords and more CPC in Google.
So far this year my business has doubled from last year. I consider this good, being in a recession year. Maybe I can double it again.

This is my first post on here. I woke up to the contest a bit late. I got on one of the calls last week on Thurs. I believe.
I figured there’s no way I could catch up on the other contestants. But, I did figure out the taking action part could be enormous.

How COOL is THAT! Thank you so much for the golf balls. I don’t play because I am told I could be the bogey queen =) They will take pride of place above my computer. When I finally figure out how to do the videos you can see them. It will take longer to get them than the competition runs but I will send it in the testimonials. For everyone out there just keep doing it like they say. No sales as yet but every new thing is a struggle for me. I have written three blogs with wordpress, last night I hit the publish button went to check my emails to see if the call was today (it starts at 5:00a.m. here) and hey presto somebody had left a comment for moderation. My blogs are being read! It was a query about establishing a link but PEOPLE READ IT! So I guess it is only a matter of time. What did I do yesterday - fought my way through a block and finally published it. Started reasearching info for my free e-book that Shaun and Tellman told me to write. Keep at it guys it works eventually. Thank you again, the golf balls will remind me to keep going. COOL!

I am getting response on the squeeze page and it is not via PPC. I went back to my fishing hole and BAM here come the opt-ins.
I am also getting more Twitter followers but not sure what is causing the increase yet.
Tonight I will be lining up my follow ups on my NINJA RESPONDER! I will be doing a line of them to last the next three months so I can go to the next focus.
I also made my first membership site sale as an affilite to: DRUM ROLL PLEASE…..

Listening in on one of the teleseminars I really took away the point of just doing something. Since my web business efforts were languishing I decided to take some action. I got involved with a JV and doubled my list in less than a week. I signed up for the protege program with Dan Kuchell and used one of their squeeze page templates and have been adding more names to my list in one day than I have in 3 months. I also set up three different adword campaigns. One did really well, one did okay, and one floundered so I am evaluating the latter two campaigns to make changes.I also contacted a person I knew who had a pet oriented business and have set up a JV effort where they will create the product and I will market it in a very profitable niche. The best advice I got from the LBC was to take any type of action and see how well it worked and make changes to make it better or try something else. Thanks for all your help!

Good Morning All,
Yesterday I totally re-did my squeeze page purely out of having my own wake up call. I got away form the core a bit of who my true target is.
This morning I went to the social media sites that have been very responsive to what I am doing and let them all know that I have a page that will be taken down in a few weeks. I am going to turn it into a total membership site and have the tools to do it now.
I also joined three more groups and introduced myself to some like minded folks in an effort to create a JV partnership and get a tele-seminar going.
I noticed that some of the people that have already signed up did click on the link I have for the LIST BUILDING CLUB so that is COOL!
I will do a video post later today and let you know the outcome of my efforts.

I would love to win the ferrari however I don’t think it’s open to us in Canada however just an update on what I have been doing:
Since March 1, 2009 I have trained everyday on new online concepts, started a blog, posted blog posts, found a web person to support me with html code and setup, learned wordpress, set up an opt-in, set up my autoresponder and first list, set up my first teleseminar, wrote an ezine for ezine articles, wrote a ebook that is 159 pages and has been edited by 4 people, wrote a thank you page, had my ebook design completed and web page design set for my launch of my new ebook and training, did two videos one on twitter and one on audio acrobat,applied for traffic contest and I am now working on my sales page and looking for bonuses for my launch of my new book.
This is what I have been doing and loving everyday,

I have had a few opt-ins on my squeeze but not as well as I want it to be. I am re-tweeking it today for testing.
I am writing three more articles today for Ezine to generate more traffic to the page as well. EZine seems to do a lot for the other blog pages. So once again, everything you teach is on target for driving the traffic.
